... I collected my Meteor (or MEATIER!) grey Carrera a couple of days ago.... I'll shoot some pics ASAP. It really is a great colour, suits the car well. Plus as a bonus for resale, it's universally liked by everyone. Slightly darker than Seal which means it contrasts better with silver wheels/trim etc., Looks good dirty (steady tiger!) ...but as Seal grey it can look a bit 'slabby' in poor light (think: battleship). Overall, not the most exciting choice but a good long-term 'grower'.... I find myself liking it more every day....

Just ordered a 987S in Meteor w/black leather interior (and the rear center console painted meteor too), but it won't be delivered until March or April. I would love to see pics too!

From the pics Eric posted, I like Meteor even better than Atlas - and I have Atlas on my C4S. Great color - at least in pics. I'm anxious to see one in person.

Steve -
Any Pics yet??? I'm dyin' to see the color!! I've got a Meteor 997 GT3 coming in about 6-8 weeks and still have no idea what "meteor grey" really looks like There have been so many pics of what people "believe" to be meteor grey, but still not sure. Your pics are going to be the first CONFIRMED ones from an actual car!

Here's a meteor grey 928 in low light...

Not sure how close the colours will be but you can see the purplish hues the original seems to have.
Having seen a meteor grey 928 in the flesh - looks great.
Here's some of the very first Porsche I did a ridealong in - Joe Cruz's former 928

That's very overcast that day.

A guy on 986forum.com posted a meteror grey cayman s pic last night and it looked awesome. Similar to seal but with little more blue-ish hue.

Keep in mind that the "Meteor Grey" from the 1980s is a different color,--a bit.
