Default Dension Update

Those on the group buy received this message this morning by email. Just an update:

UPDATE 9/28/06:

Testing has gone VERY well over the past 30 days. The units are now bug-free
and working as they should. Dension is putting several new units in additional
test vehicle for the next few weeks to make 100% sure they are as bug-free as
these last units, but at this point everything is looking better than a few
months ago.

If all goes well, we may have official release in about 30 days. We will continue to obtain updates and post them with as much information as possible for everyone.

Pictures below of latest testing:

Eric two questions...

Will this work on the 997 (yes)
Will it work on my Cayenne
How long would it take for your shop to do the work (well worth the drive coming down from DC)...

Was it tested with satellite, also installed (i.e. Porsche OEM Cayenne-like install)?

Last week I have talked to Wilhelmy (smarttop), they plan to offer a cheap ipod connector. I will post as soon as I have more information.
