Default PCM Question

I am wondering how to display the date on the "MAIN" menu along with the time, outside temp, radio info, etc. I can find the date in one of the submenus but cannot get it to come up on my "MAIN" screen via the "MAIN/SET" commands. Any ideas? I do not have Navigation, phone, e-mail, etc, just barebones PCM.

I was able to do this on mine so it is possible and not too difficult, I did it after all! My '06 997 does not have sport chrono or nav. I'll research tonight when I have the car to refer to.

Just had to set my date/time last week. Try "Main" / "Set" / "PCM System" to get to the date/time function. Once set I believe it will appear on your main screen. The specific instructions are on page 23 of the PCM manual.

And you can choose english (mm/dd/yy) or euro (dd.mm.yy) format for the date.

you can also have all that info on the right side of the screen and the trip info on the left side. that way you have even more info right in front of you.
just go to the "main display" option and highlight "trip"
