Good to hear you finally got time to clean her, clay, polish and protect. !!
You did very well and with a top coat of wax (I'd have gone with P21s as it's very clear) nothing wrong with Meguiars, just an observation. Now, the silver must POP in the sunlight! And with the wax, now you have both a high reflective base AND DEPTH/WETTNESS too!
Sure, this all takes time, education and a bit of elbow grease, but in the end, your car is one to behold !
Now that all the hard work is done, it's just wash and QD now and then. Obtain some nice MF towels from say Pakshak, Poorboys, DF Towels (really soft) or wherever you can get high quality, plush towels for QD work. You can use cotton, just find 100% USA cotton, wash several times to remove any sizing and then grab the sissors and cut off any trim as most is hard and contain synthetic fibers that can scratch. It's just easier to get MF towels nowadays.
Post some pics when you get a chance. A few in the sun too!!
Glad I could help!
Regards,
Deanski

Talked to the guys at RejeX after reading on the bottle about appliying wax wit RejeX. RejeX says that you should not apply wax over the RejeX as it could and will remove the protection and shine of the RejeX.

Zaino had the same problem years ago, so it's not just Rejex! Now resolved with Z2-Pro and Z5-Pro.

Dr Shine
Here's the 1st pic I took today after detailing it. I used the wash-clay-wash-polish-hand buff-rejex-hand buff-then pure carnuba Meguiar's wax (no wax cleaner combo). I think it looks great.
