Smile Tubi

After several months deciding, I got the tubi installed in my C2s cab last weekend, the sound is amaizing. I know it's expensive compared to other brands but for a 100k+ car it is not that bad. I cannot be happier. Does anyone have it?

I do, both exhaust and headers...I am happy, more power and louder, but not annoying.

997s X PO Box, great meeting you at Sebring! I really wanted to hear your car with the Tubi. If you are around this week let me know.

Am I the only one that thinks $5K for an exhaust is excessive?

No, I too think that is too much for an exhaus. See the FVD exhaust thread.

Ouch, dude ... !! I don't think I'd pay like $5K USDs for a Tubi installed.

I have a Tubi exhaust on my e39 M5 and love it. But, if it cost me over twice as much ... I'd pass.

I agree 5k is too much, but it was the full system (exhaust, headers and tips, plus installation).

OK ... OK ... Tubi with ALL this stuff. And, what do you get for this? Better sound, a few ponies more than stock and what else? Will it rag a Viper or a Z06?

I know that these cars are in the $90K - 100K+ arenas, but ... heck ... $5K? ... that's a lot for an exhaust system that just sounds better. Plus, doesn't Porsche have the Sport Exhaust system as an option deal? How's that relate to the Tubi, I wonder?

Don't get me incorrect here. I love my Tubi on my e39 rental M car, but wonder how more than twice the cost would relate to the 997s power, sound and such? And, resonance in the cabin at 2 -2.5K?
