Ok, i let my wife drive my car for 3 days, while hers was in the shop, i drove her loaner. Now evidently she had a pen in the back pocket of the jeans, and i have some ink lines in my natural brown leather. it clashes. does anyone know the best way to remove the ink?

All kidding aside, if leather cleaner won't take it out try a very light amount of rubbing alcohol on a Q tip, then immediately condition that area.

 

I heard that hair spray also works.

looks like your problem? if so, note the products they used to clean it.

 

www.leatherz.com sells a Spinneybeck leather care kit. Has a great cleaner/conditioner, and also comes with a supply of ink remover. Never had to try it, but the other leather products are first rate.

EDIT - just noticed that you said natural leather- this kit is for finished leather. I would call them and ask though as they do a lot of work with leather.

Oh man, if my wife knew she did that to my P-car, she would wet herself, hopefully AFTER she got out of the car!

Try emailing these guys www.leathercare-renovations.co.uk .I know they are a long way from you(they are in Warrington in the UK) but they are both Connolly(Rolls Royce,Bentley,Aston,Ferrari) trained and have 21 years experience of leather-true craftsmen.I had a scuff on the back of my passenger seat and they repaired it perfectly-mixing the terracotta color by eye and rubbing back and respraying the afected area while I waited.If they dont know what to do,nobody will!

 

Mr. Clean Magic Eraser works great to remove most marks.
