Houston lawyer recommendation?
Ok, so I'm stewing over the whole accident and gearing up for dealing with insurance companies this coming week. Can anyone recommend a good lawyer for dealing with insurance on diminshed value etc?

This does not pertain to a lawyer but it might give you insight into what you can get the insurance companies to do.
Buy a copy of "european car" october 2006 volume 37 N0.10 latest issue
Page 19 has a great article by Kerry Morse
His Ex-wife had someone hit her car near Phoenix where she lived. He was able to get the insurance company to pay to have the car trucked to SoCal, so that the body shop that the manufactures send its executive fleet and press cars and had them look at it.
Lets just say this body shop found it was out of spec and was a complete loss.
