I would say yes, offer 75k.
Considering that:
* we are at getting near the end of the 06 model year
* the fact that the base Carrera S coupe goes for 82k new
* and that 06 models may be sitting on lots soon at a discount when the 07s roll in

Going from memory, new 'S' has a sticker of $82.6K. Bose, sports chrono, power seats may add 3K. Aerokit I think was a 6-7K option. Nowdays most people can easily negotiate 5-6% off stcker for new cars. The only difference is if you have to pay sales tax on used cars in your home state. If you do, then it is not a good deal. If you do not pay tax, then decide if the aerokit is worth the premium (over a new car without aerokit).
