False Laser Warnings with V1...

Out here in AZ you can use a police scanner. The DPS still uses analog radio communication. Anyway it's another tool for dedicated speeder. You can hear speedtrap operations for miles. Used to be that way in Colo. but they like other states have switched to digital, which is harder to monitor.
But you have to give up music.

Ok, my apologies...I only just realized "laser" was mentioned,
and all the time I was thinking radar! My bad...symptom of aging.
BTW Aren't jammers illegal in all states?
Are jammers only effective against radar, or laser as well?

Laser Jammers (laser is regulated by FDA) and Radar Jammers (Radar is regulated by FCC) are illegal in the states of Colorado, Nebraska, Minnesota, Utah, California, Oklahoma, Virginia, South Carolina, Washington DC, and Ontario Canada. (there may be more now)
It is illegal on a Federal level to own and operate a radar jammer.

You have been lucky these police have given you the medical professional courtesy. If you keep speeding with the numbers you are talking about in 2 diferent posts, one of these cops won't care what you do for a living.
Just friendly advise..not trying to stir it up.

I drove past a CHP today parked on the opposite side of the road going about 60 in a 35 zone... with my PSE on. I know he looked at me when I looked at him, and my heart sank, but he didn't even budge. I looked over at my wife in the passenger seat with a dumb grin on my face... she didn't approve. Lucky? Maybe. Don't want to push it, though.
