This applies if you order any of the bicolor full leather interiors such as Beige/Black, Terracotta/Black or Stone Grey/Black. It is a no cost code, but of course the bicolor leather option itself costs $$.
My guess is that the 970 code tips off the factory that a standard one color interior willl not be fitted.
