Default Differnece between options CDB and XD9???

I have the Carerra S wheels and option XD9 (Rims & Caps - Exterior Color) and my 997s is black.
Would the wheels come out different if I ordered option CDB (Carerra S Wheel in Black) instead of XD9??? The CDB option is $600 more than XD9.
I am a little confused...thanks

Talk to your dealer. I'm in your neck of the woods. I bought my Guards Red 06 C4s in December from a great guy at Rusnak Westlake. His name is Peter Kokiousis. - Cell# 805-453-1111. Decent enough price considering it was local. $3000 off a car that stickered for 99K. Best experience with a sales guy ever. I highly recommend if you have questions.

I believe CDB paints the wheels gloss non-metallic black. XD9 matches on the wheel whatever exterior color you ordered for the whole car. Both options come with a silver lip, I believe. For example, if you wanted a seal gray car with black wheels, you'd order CDB. If you wanted a seal gray car with seal gray wheels, you'd order XD9. At least I think this is how it works!

I saw one car with a semi-glass black (or nearly black) and it was the best treatment of something other than a GT silver finish on a current Porsche wheel...was on Rennlist.
