997S (RWD) has the lightest steering of the three, IMHO.
997 C4S is a _bit_ heavier, but not much - much lighter than the 996 C4S that I drove.
997 Turbo? No idea, but it's based on the 997 C4S, soooo... who knows? The 997 Turbo also has an electronically controlled interaxle diff, so it's hard to say. I would think that it's not much different than a 997 C4S.

RayG has driven all three and has a post comparing them on them at https://rennlist.com/forums/997-turbo-forum/281483-new-turbo-test-drive.html which might give you your answer (haven't read it recently).
His C4s experience was in my car.
