They are the Carrera Sport rims, I think option XXR (XKR?) and color painted to match. I can take no credit for this, the car was a Dealer trade and had the X51 package so ......

I have Atlas on my '04 and love it. 2004 was the first year available for that color, so it's not common on the C4S. I love mine!!

Colm - Did you recently buy that car from Stevens Creek Porsche? I was suprised to see it on the floor since it had X-51, sports seats AND Atlas Grey - the combination I ordered back in March and still await... And Dave ran a nationwide search in April and couldn't find anything available or on it's way. Hmm...

I had never seen one with Atlas Grey color matched wheels either. That looks really sharp. Hard to believe there will be 2 such uniquely equipped 997's in Saratoga!

Congratulations. I was told that car was on the floor by another Rennlister I met at the Saturday morning Santana Row gathering. I drove over and checked it out. If my car wasn't on the way through another dealer, I would have negotiated a deal for yours on the spot.

I appreciate the offer of a ride although I'm already suffering (enjoying?) enormous anticipation of my vehicle's arrival in late July or early August. I ordered my car on March 4... A ride would probably put me over the edge!

I'll keep an eye out for you around town. I may head over to Santana Row Saturday. If you haven't been, there's an 8am gathering of sports cars down by the movie theatre. It's been very impressive the last few weekends with ~30 Ferrari's, Lambo's, Loti, Porsche's and even a Noble and Ariel Atom recently.

My next car will be Atlas Grey, I think it looks particularly delicious with a beige interior. The contrast is terrific.

XRR is the option for the Carrera sport wheels, which are F and R wider by .5 inches than all the others.

You said the car was a trade and had x-51. What, may I ask did it end up costing you compared to new? How many miles on it etc?
