Looking for high quality tire installer in Boston area
Thinking of getting the Kinesis K19R reverse drop center wheels. I need to make sure there is a good tire installer who will not scratch the wheels when installing tires - apparently the install process is quite different. Not just the first time, but each time I need new tires. Any recommendations in and around Boston?

I would look for the smallest possible wheel and tire store and order the Kinesis Wheels through them. My local guy matched the best Internet price I could find.
In smaller shops the owner of the business will likely be involved in mounting your wheels and that is a good thing. Took about a week to get the Kinesis F110s from California.
Another good reason for buying locally is you have someone to complain to if something goes wrong.

I would suggest Direct Tire in Watertown.
They handle a large volume of high-end cars.
Only one issue in 8 years of taking care of my 993's many tire changes.
They replaced a winter wheel after adding a single scratch to its many others.
I did not even complain.
I showed up to pick it up. They had replaced the wheel, showed me the minor damage to the old one. Asked if I was ok with one wheel looking newer than the others.
Everyone can make a mistake, go somewhere with the werewithal to make it right.
