Thanks guys.... It is a bit dark at night, but I've gotten use to it and my vision is (uncorrected) pretty near perfect. The front windshield is light enough to see out without any issues whatsoever, but dark enough to keep out the excessive light & heat that I didn't want.

Besides, Miami is all about the Bling Bling.... hahaha. Just drive around South Beach, Aventura, Bal Harbor, The Grove, etc... I fit right in.

You're welcome Wardo... Hope it goes well. Mike is really busy, but worth the wait.

Pugnacious:Thank you. You're build options are going to be gorgeous! I have the painted seat backs (look great, but almost a complete waste on a coupe) and soon I'll post the pics of the interior, as well.

Default tint in cab

I see most window tints with coupes, anyone get this for a cab? Or would it just look strange. It would be tough for a tech to get enough space in the back to do that back glass.

UV damage, heat etc.

I put very light tint on my car and I noticed the difference right away and this is in eastern Canada. The car (and myself) was cooler with the windows up while the sun shone in on the driver's side. The car doesn't get as hot as quickly as w/o tint.

Had to comment on your signature. I also went to LMU for undergrad and law school.

Now, back to the tint. Here in Vegas we definitely require it. I use a medium to light tint on my other vehicles.

Soon I will be looking for a good tint shop here in Vegas.

The sides & rear do conatin metal (Llumar), but the front contains ceramic (Huper Optik). No loss of signal on the cell or radar, that is noticable anyway.

Like many other Southern States, it gets HOT down here at least 11.5 months of the year. Other reasons are listed already.

Love the tint, but after years of dealing with cops and the tiny bubbles which eventually start to appear in the tint I gave up on tinting. It looks great, but I just got tired of all of the hassle.
