Our local chapter took a drive around the beautiful Northwest today on a sunny day without a cloud in the sky and temps in the low 60's.

Yeah, overall it was good fun. Unfortunately I picked up about 5 rock chips (all above the line where I would have had stone guard if I would have chose to put it on*). We went though some areas with road construction and some isolated roads with road debris in places and rocks just went flying. I was in the back of the pack, so **** happens. Despite that it was still worth it, and I cleaned the car up when I got home so you have to look real closely to tell where they hit.

* = all are within 5 inches from the windsheild on the top of the hood
