Default 996 to 997s or 997 TT

I currently have a 02 996 with Aerokit. I'm on the list for the 997 TT ths year, but I cant decide if I should spend the extra $$$ on the turbo or if I would be happy with the 997s. I do like the look of the 997s with aerokit but I don't know if I'd be dissapointed power wise anythoughts?

Well looking at the specs of the turbo, you'd be losing 125hp. The thing is whether you find sub 5 sec 0-60 times vs sub 4 secs and 190+ vs 180+ mph top speed.
Also the TT is AWD so you'd have to look at the 4S really.

easy question to answer-i have owned a 996tt, presently have a 997c4s (waiting for 997tt)-these cars are all toys, if money is not an issue, obviously get the turbo. if you don't want to spend the extra 35k, then enjoy the 997c4s.

i went to th ny auto show special launch of the turbo, it is a beast, albeit faster with the tip than the stick. i have a 997 s x51 it's pretty quick and a lot of fun. all that horsepower and torque would be hard to give up.
