Default 2007 model "almost here"

Tire-Pressure Monitoring System (TMS) shows up as a standard for the 2007 model, anybody know if that will be a standard in Europe aswell ?

Break in? When my car gets off the ship in another 12 days it will already be broken in!!

I paid good money to have that car broken in for me by a long time professional Porsche driver! (didn't you see that on the options list?)

I am a waiter no longer; picked it up on Wednesday.

The car has met and exceeded my expectations, I couldn’t be happier. I have close to 500 miles on it already, most all those miles on deserted twisty mountain roads and no I’m not following the factories break-in “hints” and “tips”. The exhaust note at high rpm is music to my ears!

Sorry for the poor picture quality, this was the best I could do.

Looks very nice, and I think the wheels matching the paint is a good choice. Is yours one of the 1st 2007's?

Congratulations my friend. Glad to see you fullfilling your dream. Love the color of your car. Enjoy and sign up for Autocross. I think I will give this a try being that I had good success in Birmingham, Alabama.

Thanks Jay, you were there when it all started back in Birmingham! Deven, I don't know the answer to your question but I think mine was the first 2007 997S. Here are some pictures of the interior.

Very nice, I have two questions. What happened to the aluminum dials or did you order them in body color and is that the thicker rim steering wheel or standard?

You didn't care for the aluminum? I should have ordered the thicker wheel!

Congratulations - the car looks great! I agree that ours were some of the first '07's in the US. I got mine on 8/2.

Now reach in there behind and below the left intake snorkle and disconnect that PSE switch for a truly great sound all through the RPM range!!
