Default New Help With Color Selection

I am about to buy/order an S Cab and would like some advice on my color selection. I have always been fond of black but have heard the criticism re: maintanance, visible scratches etc. I plan on keeping the car a while so am sensitive to durability. Can I have some views on particularly sharp color combinations. I know this is a personal preference issue but I would appreciate the views of those who have thought about this longer than I. Thx

I just purschased a Basalt black/black leather c2s cab. I find the basalt black to better than the flat black obviously because of the metallic shine. If you're thinkg about black definitely get basalt. This link takes you to some pics of one that looks just like mine (including the red seat belts). However seeing it in the sun will always be better than pics.

Otherwise i like Arctic Silver/black which is a classic combo. I see a lot of guys here with seal gray/black. It all depends on what shades you like.

In the end NOTHING LOOKS BETTER than a black/black shiny car.

I had artic silver boxster - always looked clean but never STANDS out. I had a black bms 3 series - always looked dirty...Love my new seal gray - slate gray looks good too...personally i think red and yellow are too flashy...Its personal - you cant go wrong with black - just be prepared to wash it every other day

Default Hey look how it is! Nice color!

Nice pics there big guy! How's the Sirius working for you?

Ordered Satellite kit from Charlie last week and when my C2S arrives I'll have Jeff & crew install. How do you kike the K-40? I'm thinking of doing that as well.

Love to see the bodywork they are doing for you! So far, the Evo working for you as well?

I found out my car finished production and most likely waiting for a ship by now.

Hope to meet up with you when you're in town.

Regards,
Deanski

Dark blue with black looks really good - Hurley Haywood is currently driving a dark blue cab with black top and interior. Looks terrific.
