Looks great man. Congrats on your new baby.

Now, in all seriousness, WTF was that thing on your avatar? Was it real?

Sorry...got sidetracked actually driving tonight!!! woo hoo!!.

Yes...its seal grey w/black standard leather int.

The avatar was indeed real. The creature was a baby Aye Aye...the first of its kind born in captivity in the UK. It is actually a species of lemur. This was a newborn infant. I have about 3-4 pictures of it...some even more bizarre looking than the avatar. His name is kintana. If you want more info google kintana aye-aye. He kinda looks like I feel sometimes...so I keep the pics around.

Thanks for the compliments...I am LOVING this car!!!!

As long as the "18 year old side" is the front.....you're probably making someone a fantastic spouse!! And 2 hours of sleep makes for better pix

Very Nice! Did you get it from Auto Gallery? If so, who did you work with?

That pic just gives me goosebumps because it makes me recall the first time I saw my baby cleaned up in my driveway. I know you are probably still numb, ut take lots of pictures to remember this great moment in your life!

Yes, worked with David Lang. Nice guy even if he's a bit laconic. I think I'd do it again (decent deal) but I'd encourage them to get a little more "into" the thrill being experienced by the customer...particularly the new/first time buyer like me. Kinda felt like this was just another sale.

Don't really care at this point though...got the car and 280 miles in the weekend!

Thanks. Its hard (outside rennlist) to find others who share the same passion for so prosaic an acquisition as a car. After 30 years of drooling at others' I have my own...and its hard to share that emotion.

haha fantastic spouse?
I'm the worst boyfriend, I feel sorry for Sam
Oh well, a wife just means less Porsche. You're the one who had to go to your wife hat in hand when you wanted a sports car, and your wife wants... what, a new kitchen?

On a side note, how old is your daughter?

I just figured if you had an "18 side" it ought to be the front side.

I gotta admit...it was a hard sell to the wife. I said.."I want a Porsche"...she said "I think you otta get one". Then she put up with me through 3 months of waiting and one excruciating time I let her "drive" it...w/my eyes closed and ave maria playing on the radio...she didn't like that.

daughter is 19 and is a classic car nut...hates me for tossing my 1969 Malibu SS 350/4barrel back when gasoline hit the outrageous price of 79 cents a gallon. She's still po'd and she wasn't born for another 20 years!!

:-)
