Default Prelim Turbo order - any suggestions?

I know this is only one of 20 identical posts, but it never hurts to ask for some positive (or negative) reinforcement.

Here is my preliminary specs for my Turbo order. The Tiptronic is a must, so that in non-negotiable. The 2 big dollar options I'm having trouble pulling the trigger on are - Natural Grey Leather and PCCBs, are they worth the money? Is the Nat. Grey 4k better than regular black leather?

U2 GT Silver Metallic
AT Black Full Leather
XX1 Front Floor Mats
342 Heated Front Seats
P01L Adaptive Seats
249 Tiptronic S
640 Sports Chrono Plus
666 Module for Telephone
CUC Painted Model Desig
XPA Thicker Steer Wheel
CUV Storage Cmpt Lid w/Model Logo
CXD Door Entry Gards Carbon Ilum
803 Carbon Package
XMZ Rear Center Console Carbon
XTG Inner Sills Leather
XAJ Standard Rocker Panels Painted

I just placed the deposit and order for a TT (also GT silver metallic) with dealership. I got the PCCB's and Black/Terracotta leather...all in anticipation that this would be the granddaddy of cars for a while for me. Also did loads of carbon (about the same as you), sport chrono, adaptive sport seats (heated and supple leather centers), rocker panels painted, short shifter, leather sun visors and dome light cover, crests in headrests, colored wheel crests, black floor mats, yellow instrument dials, rear differential lock (no idea how much this is), illuminated door sills, etc. Wonder when I'll see it.

Your car looks great and PCCBs are a must (in my opinion). But this post as well as all other turbo posts belong in the turbo forum. Why? Because I am getting insanely jealous.

You might get a better response if you post this in the 997 Turbo Forum:

No one is at the turbo forum right now.

Your specs look good. Covered just about all the bases.

Trust me - the standard "Red Turbo Brakes" have more than enough stopping power and are cheaper to maintain in the long run. As for the un-sprung weight unless you had a true GT3 I don't know how much of a difference that would be.

As for looks - the are looking Bad!!!

My dealer is not taking any orders for Turbo's since they donot have pricing. All they are doing is taking a deposit and putting you on a list.

Is your dealing actually taking the order with options?

Yes, for whatever reason they are insistent upon me giving them a list of options at the time of deposit. IMHO, it makes no sense whatsoever since I can change my mind at anytime before the order is "officially" placed. They are telling me it will be a few weeks before they can place the orders with the factory. They also are telling me that is should not be a problem having a car during late fall. They offered their launch car, but the launch car was not to my liking. I did get the specs for the launch car:

Arctic silver
black leather
adaptive sport seats
heated seats
sport chrono plus
module for telephone
sport shifter
crest in headrest
seat belts silver
carbon package switch panel
door finishers in carbon
msrp= $134,415
