can 05 997S be had for 70k $??

A few months ago the going dealer rate on 05's was 78-80K. Given the winter months and slower sales, dealer prices are likely in the low-to-mid 70s with 5-6K miles per yr. Private sales are always a few grand less.
Once the 2007s hit, high 60s should be possible...of course condition and miles always create a 10-15% range of prices.

My 2005 Midnight Blue 997S with 2900 miles is still for sale. I am going to try and sell it one more time on my own, if it doesnt go, it will get traded in or I will sell it back to the dealer.
The car is perfect.
It has the following options:
P01 - Adaptive Sport Seats
XME - Rear Ctr Cons Painted Extr Clr
XCZ - Sport Shifter
M6G - Stone Grey Floor Mats
C02 - U.S. Standard/Emissions
640 - Sport Chrono Package Plus
446 - Wheel Caps with Colored Crest
342 - Heated Front Seats
680 - Bose High End Sound Package
Pictures can be seen in my photo gallery:

I see the prices have started to rise now that spring is near. Make me a reasonable offer and its yours.
I am located in Granger Indiana, so anybody seriously iinterested in the car should plan on flying into the South Bend airport to inspect the car.

You car, lightly driven, and broken in, has had the tweaks worked out of it by your PO
Enjoy.

when i bought the car, i had a financial instituion run a blue book report on it (as it wasn't coming up on their website, probably due to such low reporting data), and the trade-in price for my car was about 5k above what i paid for it.
i think it was a great deal, personally. but i guess to be objective i'd have to have more data..... all depends on what mileage means to you.
i paid 72 otd for a 1yr old car that was 100otd. i'm okay with that :-)
