Default Option XRR - 19" Carrera Sport Wheels?

I recently ordered a C4S Coupe with option XRR, 19" Carrera Sport Wheels. They're 10 spoke, painted GT Silver with a polished lip, measure 8.5 and 11.5 inches and are fitted with 235/35 ZR 19 and 305/30 ZR 19 tires.

Has anyone else ordered, taken delivery of, or even seen an '06 Carrera with these wheels yet? If so, please post any photos and share your thoughts. I'm hoping they look as good on the car as they do on the Porsche configurator. I'll know for sure in March.

Thanks!

I saw those wheels on a car at a Porsche dealer in Sweden.
They are very very nice! Unfortunately I haven´t got any pictures of them.

Thanks for the heads up! I just registered on Rennteam, looked at the pix and breathed a sigh of relief. They look great on the Seal Grey car and should look equally good on my Black C4S.

O.K. now I'm starting to get excited!

They look great on black. There was a thread over there on Rennteam showing them on a black car but it is no longer available. IMO they looked awesome on the black car. Of course I'll be posting pics of my car when it comes hopefully this month.

P997C2S:

How did you get that techequipment thread back? I did a search on it and couldn't come up with it.

Those wheels look great on that black car in that thread IMO.

Here's a couple pics of the wheel on a C2S at Foreign Cars in Greensboro, NC. They look really good! My wife and I ordered our C2S with the wheels painted atlas gray to match the exterior.

Here's the 996 version. Don't let pics fool you. I've seen both in person (most recently xxr) and they look reeeeealy nice, they look stronger, more substantial (funny because pics don't do justice to them).

XXR wheels look nice. Do they actually extend toward the edge of the fender more so than the other Carrera S wheels?
