930man: Some people apparently don't care for the aero kit look, but I thought the aero kit much improved the looks of the 996 when it first came out. The standard 997 look is a significant improvement over the 996, so the aero kit maybe doesn't "help" the 997 along in looks as much as it did on the 996. Yeah, I think the racy look is part of the attraction, or aversion, as the case may be.

i liked the 930 with the tail and all and alot of folks didnt like the tail.... so i guess this is the same thing that has been questioed scince the 80's.... they are all beautiful to me....

i didnt know you could even get a club version with an areo kit....
