I had them hide the car. It arrived at the dealership at 4:45 pm on Friday, was kept inside the service bays overnight and I had it in my hands by 9:00 am!

John,...I ask myself the same question every hour or so!!! I think I missed the boat - so to speak. My car's completion date was 10/22,...VIN and everything - why it's not ONVESL remains a mystery,...other than 'just missing the boat.' What can I say - history repeats itself.
Anyhow,...you must be losing even more sleep now knowing that the beast is in your garage yet you must close your eyes at some point to 'regenerate.'

That's one of the prettiest cars I've ever seen. You are very fortunate. Congratulations.

wow, John, brilliant. The photo in the driveway with the Club Coupe positioned between the Boxster and Cayenne really shows how luminescent that Azzurro blue is.

Looking forward to driving impressions & envious of the snarl that X51 w/PSE must crank out. Nice interior choice also--on side note I'm thinking of similar blk/grey 2-tone with black dials + aluminum intrument surround on my next one.

Hey DeAd-EyE, how about a pair of pants in trade for that girl on the hood of the 996?

That is a SWEET set up! Love the interior paint and the seats. I wonder if the X-51 airbox takes two regular filters nose to nose or if the X-51 has its own filter. Must be two, I'd think.

BTW, PRS and Ampeg! Now we know where the party is.

Life is good... and loud.
