Yea, but if the Dyno works in your favor then the results are fact, if the results are negative then it's blamed on the dyno or something else. It's all how one spins the Dyno results...

Not at all it's really very simple. A Porsche Dealership doesn't offer a new car warranty, PCNA does.

The Dealership can and will do many things to your car, based upon your request(s), even voiding the warranty in the process.

However, PCNA is under no obligation for Dealer mods performed. The Dealer may (should?) stand behind it, but PCNA is not likely to offer much support. Therefore said EVO/GAIC authorized Porsche Dealers should offer their "additional" warranties in writing ( I presume they do?).

Other problems arise when customers believe that ecu mods can be removed without trace. Porsche will only look for these mods under certain failure conditions, known and understood by them; and then there's no hiding them.

There is nothing inherently wrong with modding, other than expecting PCNA to approve and support it. The Dealer will at the end of the day tow the "Franchise" line so as always "caveat emptor".
