My 4S is almost here!!!!
Hi Friends...
I've been missing the forum for the last few weeks as my wife and I are in Australia enjoying a 2nd honeymoon of sorts...anyhow, I thought I'd use my few minutes of daily internet vacay time to post my huge news:
I GOT VIN on my C4S on 10/22,...and I don't mean that I've been drinking grapes. Thanks goes to Alfie.
I am hoping that my car will be stateside about the time we return from Oz. Anyhow, I needed to share the news with you all as you have been so good at tolerating my 'waiting' over the last half year
Also, on our arrival to Sydney I discovered that the annual Motor Show was going on there (I'll post pics when I'm stateside) but believe it or not , no p-cars at the show. It was fun despite this lack of machinery.
I have also nearly mastered RHD including our rented Nissan Patrol 4x4 which we took into the Outback,...I now understand why people like 4-wheeling in the dirt.
Alas, my internet time is running out down under! Will update you all when we get home.

Nice, I'm trying to do a deal to move into a 997C4S myself, was at the dealer yesterday ready to write a check when the numbers changed and we couldn't agree ...for now. I'll be joining the 997C4S club within the next few months. Good luck!
