Default Window rocker SWITCH - 997 c2 cab

Hi all,

Just picked up my new 911 yesterday. So far all is fantastic apart from one
minor issue.

There is a rocker switch to allow opening the front or rear electric
windows. When you press it to the rear, the window buttons control the
operation of the rear windows, and when switched forward the fronts should
do the same.

The problem I have is that once I have switched it to the rear control, the
rear light on the switch lights, and then I can't get it back to the front
control without switching the ignition on and off.

I've looked in the manual, but it appears that it should switch between
front and rear quite easily. I may be missing something here so I thought
I'd post this message.

Does anyone have any thoughts for a quick fix, or should the car go back to
the dealer?

TIA

You are probably only trying this when the top is down. Once the top is down you cannot have the rear windows in the up position if the front windows are down.

Took it back to the dealer and it turns out to be a faulty switch.
Hopefully that will be the only thing wrong with it!!!
