Default PSE getting louder?

I picked up my 997 S 1400 miles ago. The exhaust sounded louder as I put miles on it... Or maybe I just imagined it. I just had PSE installed. It sounds nice, but dose anyone know if it gets a little louder with more miles on it?

Yes, the sound changes as the pipes are burnt-in and coated. There is quite a different sound between a newly installed PSE and after you put a few miles on it. Enjoy! :-)

I think stock 997S gets louder with time. With PSE (which I added at about 9,800 miles on the car, 1,700 miles ago), I think the sound changes a little as they break in, but not necessarily louder, maybe even very slightly quieter, slightly less growly, after break-in.

i disaggree, i think all exhaust systems as they get burned become more aggressive, louder, and in PSE case throatier.

Although mine is not as louded as i would want
