Hi, just wondering if I still should have a third party do a PPI on a used 2005 with Porsche certified extended warranty? Thanks!

Porsche's check is pretty limited. Good body repair can be impossible to detect by an avg person. The mechanical may be ok esp w the warranty. The body may have been in accident or have been repainted which you won't know and won't show up on carfax if it's fixed wo insurance.
How many miles and why was the car sold so quickly? Is it a launch car?

Has about 7K miles, and was in service in Sept '04. I guess I should look for a third party PPI just to be super safe. Guess a few hundred dollars versus the amount of the car is worth it for peace of mind
Thanks guys!
