Single CD not working??

Single CD not working??
Love the new ride but... I can not get the in dash CD player to read and play a CD. I have the changer and it works fine. When I insert a CD (label Up) I get the message checking CD and then nothing. Or it will say No CD and will not eject until I turn the system off wait a few minutes and then press eject with the system off and it will wake up , eject and turn off. I have tried several CDs and they are all store bought not burned. Also I can't find the tape player but that is for another post. Thanks if you can help.

I had the same problem, only it mostly could not recognize the CD. This happened suddenly after working properly for a few weeks. After doing some tests the dealer finally had to change the complete unit. Waited 2 weeks and was finally changed 2 days ago to the new unit that plays MP3.
