Those aren't Panamera pics. They're obviously just artist drawings. And probably done by different artists too. That would explain why the lower sketch shows a crease line below the one handle, as well as a vented opening behind the fender.

It's built into the trailing edge of the rear door and the C-pillar. Look at the Alfa Romeo 156 for clues as to how it works.
