I don't know about the Oakley's but I can tell you that the Adidas Tuscany's are awesome. They easily can be worn anywhere you wear sneakers. Great heel toe shoe with a super comfortable heel cup.

I'm not familiar with the Oakleys either but I want to second JohnnyN's preference. I also have a few pairs of Adidas Tuscany and they are extremely comfortable in and out of the car. The heel cup is great and the sides have a rubber lip which is perfect for blipping pedals.
