Default 997 standard suspension vs 997 PASM

HI everyone, i was told that the PASM suspension was softer than the standard suspension on the 997 carrera.
Did anyone saw the difference. I drove a 997 carrera s and i was really impressed by how confortable this car was (vs my 993) but the sport configuration for the PASM was too much for me.
So does the confort mode PASM is really better than the standard ?
Thanks for answering.

Thought I'd better say something as no one else is.
Maybe the lack of response is maybe cause those who have a 997S have not driven a standard 997 and vice versa. I have a 997S and really like the suspension setting in normal(non-sport mode). Sport mode feels to me as if it's a track only thing or for really breakin the law on a public windy road which few of us have the opportunity to do.
Sorry don't know about non-PASM cause never driven one.

Regards
Peter

Alright, I'll chime in here. I have driven an S with PASM and my non S without. I think PASM is a fine option but prefer the look, handling and ride of my base suspension with H&R lowering springs.

My car handles like a dream and the ride is only a bit bumpier than before. Maybe I am vain but a non PASM looks way to SUV like and I had a hard time feeling in control at the autocross. It felt like a leaning boat at speed on tight turs or thru the chicane etc.

Now it feels like its more stable, more throttle steer ability and you can get the back end loose with much less understeer as well...

That should sum it up!
