Just returned from the dealer who installed the Porsche Sport Shift kit that I had purchased from Suncoast. Wow! I LOVE the feel of the shifter even more than before - the throws are shorter, the gears engage more precisely and overall the gearbox has a more refined, sporty feel that makes you want to redline and drive even faster than before. I highly recommend this.

The dealer charged me for 1.5 hours of install time, or $127.50. That coupled with the $399 part from Suncoast (Brandywine sells it for $349 I hear now but didn't know then), for a total of $526.50. A lot of money, yes, but a modification you get to enjoy every moment of your drive.

PSE (with the switch that is backordered or without it, I haven't decided yet).

Congrats - mine is sitting here waiting to be installed, hopefully this week. For everyone's info, Brandywine's ebay price is now down to $329.

 

The Porsche Sport Shifter definitely enhances an already enjoyable driving experience. It makes shifting gears a pleasure. I love it! Congratulations of making this big improvement to your car.
