I think you have to have Java, or something similar, installed and enabled, to get the interior shots (which allow you to zoom and scroll around). Had the problem a long time ago, that's all I remember.

The "interior view" program needs Shockwave Flash and Shockwave Active Xcontrol to work properly. Without them, you won't see "jack...." 
. If you don't have it installed, the Porsche site should try to install it for you, but if you have your "pop-up blocker" activated, it won't install.
