Default Does changing your order delay the build date?

Have a 2006 997S on order with a July build. I ordered it beginning of March. Does anyone know if you make changes to the original order,
does it push you down or delay your order on Porsche's build schedule list if your car is still in the order accepted changable stage.

I made some changes to my order after I placed it. I don't remember how long into the order it was though. There is definitely a cutoff date because my sales guy let me know when it was approaching. You'll have to ask the person you ordered it from.

If you make changes to your order before the cut-off date for production, the production date should only change if you select an option that for some reason has either been delayed or is not available for your current build date. In either case, the system should advise your dealer if the change is accepted or not and if any delay might ensue.

I added Sport Chrono long after I placed my order in Dec. for an April build car and it didn't change the build date.
