HA! Well, how about this for preparing the nursery....
I was actually thinking of putting a tile floor down in the garage right on top of the dirty concrete floor so my baby can sleep on a nice clean tile floor. I got the idea from Len Stoler Porsche in Owings Mills, MD.... they have a nice new service bay with a grey slate looking tile floor. That way, I can walk barefoot to the car in the middle of the night and stare at it without getting my feet dirty.

Not sure where you are located, but here in sunny FL there seems to be quite a few people that cover their car in the lot while at work. Weather it's to keep it from being scratched or to keep the sun from fading their interior I'm not sure, but it seems pretty popular with Porsche's and Merc's. I have a cover as well but have not put it on at work just yet.

I have wall-to-wall charcoal carpet (the low grade type) on my garage floor on the side my 4 yr old Boxster sleeps. I used to spend long hours sitting on the carpet as I polished and waxed away at my then newborn. I haven't told her yet but she's on the selling block to make room for the new baby.

Don't know much about whether the tile would be interlocking or not, but Ill keep your thought in mind. I'm getting a Porsche and its $$$$ so I am not expecting any oil leaks for a car of that quality. .

Wow, PCCB's? They look nice, the yellow color, with Carrera S wheels, and you won't need to worry about cleaning off the break dust with that busy wheel. Did you order that wheel? I ordered the Carrera Classic. Not too thrilled about the available wheels. Didn't initially care for the Carrera S wheels because of their complex design and the bear of a job it will be to clean them, but they've been growing on me ever since. It's too late to change my order, but I think they look good now especially with PCCB's.

10. After a joyous delivery, guess how many months it will take for you to lose interest in RennTeam, leave your Carrera parked in the garage and not feel the need to see it for days at a time, take it for a drive and think, "Nice car, glad I got it, but when the warrenty is up..."
Nevertheless I'm having fun hanging out waiting for mine.
