Default Anyone Have Fault Code 8023 or 8024?

I am now dealing with the "System Fault - Return to Workshop" problem. I washed my car on Wednesday and this fault message appeared when I started my car this afternoon. I am taking it to the dealer next Thursday for diagnosis and resolution of this problem. I hope it is only a matter of replacing the 996-624-119-01 actuator, 997-511-053-00 lower lock & 997-511-117-00 actuator. "jfraser"'s post under "System Fault Update" has me concerned that some other component or problem may be the issue.
It has come to my attention that Fault Code 8023 and/or 8024 with the same "System Fault" message may require a different solution. Has anyone with the "System Fault" problem had these Fault Codes read out of their car OBDII system? If so, what were the circumstances and how was the problem resolved.

Hi Bill,

I'm sorry to hear you're having this problem too..

I'm getting worried now... my car is older than yours and so far I don't have the problem...

This problem is becoming an epidemic !

I hope Porsche get it fixed soon !

Good luck !

Replacing the 996-624-119-01 actuator, 997-511-053-00 lower lock & 997-511-117-00 actuator does not fix the problem. I am in the same boat as jfraser.

Anyone have Fault Codes 8042 and/or 8043? These somehow relate to the System Fault issue.
