PCCB - thats got to be a race brake... if the bite is that hard its designed for you to be able to hit the brakes 10 feet later than the other guy and still have full stopping power... definitely not for the street...

I feel a little foolish about complaining that the brakes are too good but, unless you have a hinge for an ankle, I find it difficult to heal-toe shift on the street. The brake pedal is so high up, that in order for me to get the shift; I really need to mash the brakes (I think that was Porsches intention). Anyone that has these brakes knows what happens when you mash them. Thus, I feel kind of jipped by not being able to use this technique on the street.
Maybe if the normal PASM mode dropped the brake pedal an inch or two, the 997 would feel more like a sports car, than a sports car with racing brakes that I can't appreciate on the street.
Oh, did I fail to mention that the car is too fast.
