Sloth, if there was any wear on the PCCB's I couldn't see it. The surface of the rotors looks identical to day one, and there was no brake dust, etc. to be found. I read an article that the "new" PCCBs hae many more fibers than the old and are supposed to be more reliable, and so far that seems to be the case. While I'm probably not the world's hardest on brakes, I do brake fairly late and hard, and would say that they got a decent workout. So far I like them, and the performance is awesome.
C4S Surgeon, the number of cars and wide variety was due to it being a "free" day at the track. Every year the track is free from the day after Christmas until New Year's Eve for any members of the local area car clubs. The result is a crazy mix of cars, driver skill, and so on. PCA DEs at the same track can be crowded, but are much more organized and sane.
