Default Sebring in a 997S

I took my new 997S to Sebring, put 200 miles on the car before I got on the track and 175 miles on the track. I shifted at 4,000 just like the book says. I thought it would be boring........NOT.........but I was very slow. I took about 10 fellow instructors for rides and of course they were very impressed. The car was seen by well over 100 drivers and the general thoughts were that the car was a marked improvement. Till this we all thought the 993 was the best looking 911 ever. Then I rode in a 997S with no limits, driven by a race car driver........E ticket ride.......a 911 race car with a good driver does the 3.7 miles in 2:25. We did it close to 2:30 with 2 in the car and street tires. This car is unbeliveable!!!!!!!!!!!!! The GT3's better watch out. I will post a picture as soon as I have time to figure out how to do it.
