White 997 with palm green interior.
Someone on this listserve (or another related list) posted a reference to white being his (or her) preferred color for a 911.
I just got a call from Strong's Porsche here in Salt Lake City saying that they have gotten in today a brand new white 997 with a palm green interior that is for sale and immediate delivery, for anyone that is interested.

I just got back from seeing the white 997 (and checking on the status of my car--silver, sea blue, Oct. 6 build date) and the interior actually looks very nice. Sort of a very dark olive, and a good match for the exterior. They also have a silver and black S coming in, and a Guards Red and black standard model.
Oh, and despite our reputation as the oddball kidnapping and ritualistic murder capital of the world, we and our many wives are pretty much like everyone else.
And 60 inch base already at Alta. See you on the slopes!
