Default Here's my 997 Carerra S

Picked it up last Friday (3rd Sept) !

It arrived at the Dealership 2 weeks ahead of time !..... I had to move heaven and earth to get the money together to pay for it !

Took me 4 days to get the money so i could drive it off...

The whole time it was sitting at the dealership calling to me :-).... "come and get me" :-)

Two weeks early. Now that's a first!

Congratulations!! The car looks wonderful - your shots really capture the angles. I'm glad it all worked out. How is it optioned?

I L-O-V-E I-T! Thanks for posting Jim. The car looks G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S!

BTW, I was a little apprehensive about Black given the maintenance stories you hear about it, but I must admit, it looks beautiful. Really!

Thanks, Rasta. Black does look gorgeous, but I am going to be spending a lot of time in the wash, wax and swirl mark removal forum from now on.

I hear you Jim. I had my NSX in Black, and it seemed dirty a minute after I cleaned it. Forced me to get the 355 in red.

Jim: Car looks AWESOME. Is that the stock suspension, or have you lowered it? The car looks as low as my 996, which has the X74 (track) suspension. Enjoy!

I haven't measured it yet, but the 997S is much lower than my 996 with stock suspension - I have to be very careful in driveways and with speed bumps. I do know the 997S is .39" lower than the 997.
