To be honest, I hated them on the 997. It looks pretty good on yours, I guess the squarish features sits well on a 951, but not for the curvaceous 911. Is it a photoshop.
I have to say i still do not like them. I do not like them on the 997 and think they look just as bad on the 944. They look like they were left over Cayanne (i do not know how to spell the name and porsche should not be making SUVs so i will not dignify it by looking up how to spell the name) wheels. It seems to me like porsche put there reject design engineers on the job of designing the rims. If you want to upgrade thee wheels on a 944 i would say go with eather the boxter S wheels, Sport Classic or Sports Design models.
I do think the 977 is a step foward for the 991 series i just find the rims like an after thought to the whole thing. Though i have not seen them in person i do not like they way they look in pictures.
