UOAS low coolant warning light

UOAS low coolant warning light
I thought I would post this question on the forum, hoping the collective brain trust could maybe shed a little light on this issue.
Last week I picked up my car my from my local, well respected Indy, after an extensive service and repair. Among the larger items, they replaced (and/or updated) the RMS/IMS, oil cooler and installed the ultimate AOS Elite with the automatic drain hose. Car drives like new, all temps and pressures were they should be.
However, at cold start, and only at cold start, after approximately driving for 5 minutes, the low coolant warning light comes on, slows blinks on the coolant temp gauge, AND turns off after 60 seconds. Every time. And yes, coolant levels are at the right level. Indy has no answer at this point. Hoping one of you has some insight. TIA.
