Help with weird HVAC climate display

Hi-
I had clear some codes and after doing so my HVAC display when nutty. I tried unplugging but still there. Any fixes or time to replace? Picture below.

How's your battery? Any other symptoms?
Try removing the negative battery terminal for 10-60 minutes and then reconnect and reevaluate.
