Default Do my coilovers need a rebuild?

I've had Bilstein PSS9's on my car for 13k miles, and noticed some weeping on the bottom of one of the front coilovers recently. I wiped off the cap the last time I was under the car, drove it for a bit, and the accumulation is back. Under there is the adjuster, which works as expected. The rest of the coilover body as well as the other 3 are completely dry. Attempt to use the lifetime warranty? Rebuild? Don't worry about it?

Sorry to say but if it’s leaking now, it won’t get better.

might have to send it in for repair.
