The license plate holder (99770110300) I have on both the front and rear of my 997.2, is bigger than the license plate itself. The license plate is 360mm x 125mm (approx 14" x 5"). I am looking for a holder that can accommodate the plate without protruding. Also not keen on having to drill holes on the plate and mount directly.
Most of what I've seen on various sites for parts 99770105110 and 99770105115 don't show the dimensions of the mounting plate. Can someone please suggest a suitable alternative to what I have now?

Thanks for that. The bumper already has some bushing on to which the holder is mounted. It might be easier if I can find something that fits on those.
