Asking for some help concerning the ventilated seats on my 2010 C4S. When I turn the switch on nothing happens. I’m wondering if the cooling feature didn’t work well to begin with or if there’s a problem with mine that I need to figure out. Any input would be appreciated.

The ventilated seats do not blow air at you, they suck air into the seat and it exhausts out the vent in the seatback. Try turning it on high and see if a paper napkin stays suctioned in place

Ventilated seat at full sucking power (3 lights) is pretty loud. You should be able to hear it for sure.

Thanks for the replies. When I turn the seats on the lights on the button light up but there is no sound as far as air movement. Could it be a fuse? I looked at the fuse diagram, and couldn’t find one that was linked to the ventilated seats.

Are both seats not turning on? If it's just one, then the fan in the malfunctioning seat maybe the culprit.

Now that I know what to listen for I can hear the fan running on the drivers side but not on the passenger side so I guess the culprit is the fan on the passenger side.
